Reservation and payment terms

• Booking requests are subject to Sideline Sports review. A slot is confirmed only after payment is verified and a confirmation email is sent.
• Once confirmed, court fees and equipment rentals are non-refundable for customer cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or unused time.
• Payment instructions are private and may be time-limited. Sideline Sports may release an unpaid slot if payment is not completed within the advised hold period.
• Sideline Sports may cancel, move, or reschedule bookings for safety, emergency, maintenance, operational, or facility-related reasons. If this happens, we will coordinate the available remedy with you.
• Players are responsible for observing facility rules, using equipment properly, and returning rented equipment in good condition.

Data privacy notice

Sideline Sports collects your name, email address, mobile number, booking details, rental choices, notes, and payment-related communications to review bookings, coordinate payment, confirm reservations, provide customer support, maintain operational records, and protect legitimate business interests.

Your information may be processed through our booking system, email tools, payment coordination channels, and Viber or WhatsApp when needed for your reservation. We do not sell your personal data. We keep booking records only for as long as needed for operations, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
